We are trusted partners at the heart of the Search Fund ecosystem.
Built by searchers, for searchers
We’ve sat in the searcher’s chair, so we know what actually helps, and what just clutters your inbox. Today we back the next wave of operators with the skill, grit and drive to run a company of their own.
In practice, that means finding the right people: searchers who take ownership of their results and ask for help before they need it. It means buying the right business: stable, cash-flow-positive companies in growing niches, strong enough to thrive under new leadership without a turnaround. It means staying in the fight after the deal closes, joining the board, sharing hard-won playbooks and connecting new CEOs to a bench of peers who’ve walked the same path. And it means winning together - when the business grows, everyone shares in the success.
We’ve benefited from incredible mentors on our own journey, and we’re committed to paying that forward to the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Ready to see what this looks like on the ground?

We see teammates, searchers and investors as equals who challenge and back one another in equal measure. Titles matter less than insight and honesty.
Move fast, do the work, and own the outcome. We keep promises, track results and hold ourselves (and each other) accountable.
We communicate early, often and without spin. Feedback is candid, data-driven and always aimed at progress, never blame.
We recognise the whole person behind the role (family and well-being matter) so we build a culture where high standards coexist with genuine care.
